Timothy Noah's piece in The New Republic is a sweeping and sharply argued indictment of Silicon Valley's ideological drift, and it lands with considerable force. wow! well written content! i love it 💖💖 my only question is why many programmers prefer to ignore books and pick up more content from the internet? whenever i talk about books to many people they look as if to say "you still read books!" and this makes me uncomfortable. does it happen to you too?
what exists today is that programmers are more concerned with 'fashion' and not with what they should really learn. many of them master frameworks very well but find it very difficult to write a simple algorithm.
even though many platforms and applications want to rewrite their code for Rust, there are still people who hate the language. i'll never understand that😕😕
